GOST R Certification (voluntary certification)
1. For each type of products:
- specifications;
- Operating Manual;
- Service Record Book;
- strength analysis (for shearers: evaluation of brake, stopping distance and time, pressure loss in spraying device, etc.);
- assembly drawing including the dimensions and the specification;
- schematic circuit diagrams and electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic connections diagrams;
- drawings of dust suppression (collecting) means, frictional, electrical and fire safety devices;
- layout charts of sensors and safety devices, control and measuring instruments , lighting and alarm devices , control stations;
- Certificates of Conformity for main assemblies and the product as a whole , if technical devices produced in quantity are used.
2. For the equipment imported in Russia, in addition to the documents listed in 1 above (except for the specifications) the following documents shall be submitted:
- Testing Laboratories Certificates issued by metrological services of the supplier country (for the measurement instrumentation for which metrological conformity assessment is required);
- Certificates of Conformity issued by Certification Bodies of the supplier country for the device and its components;
- Certificate of Quality Management System of the supplier company;
- List of standards of the supplier country by safety factors the device shall be conform with.
During the expert examination of technical documentation additional information can be requested.
